We have a hands on management approach to competency assessment / gap analysis, training / coaching and mentoring of company in house assessors. Our services include supplying a range of assessor / verifier training courses internationally while committing to providing expert consulting, high quality products and impeccable service to our clients.

The aim of A6Assessment and Associates is to specialise in providing high calibre personnel with the confidence and experience to deliver on-site assessment, verification, assessor training, mentoring and coaching skills.

Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors

Our management team has recognised membership with the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (CIEA). The CIEA is a professional membership organisation set up to maintain the quality of assessment and accredit only the most experienced assessors as Chartered Educational Assessors. We have the advantage of being able to provide on-site managers with hands on experience within industry and the assessment sectors.

TRAINING

A6Assessment and Associates are able to offer asset specific competency assessment materials and individual client management systems, along with bespoke assessor and verifier qualifications delivered by an accredited leading provider within the education and training sector. Our learning hub provides but is not limited to the following training courses.

• Assessing Vocational Achievement equivalent to D32 / D33 / A1
• Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices equivalent to D34 / D35 / V1

• Learning materials are structured and presented to engage and motivate target groups, maximising knowledge transfer and retention. These courses which embrace technology, are available 24/7 that can limit costs of training venues, accommodation and logistic problems.
